All produced models have been regularly tested and passed the requirements of world-known laboratories. Our quality was acknowledged and certified by world`s best testing centers, like TUV Rheinland etc. Among important factors that proves the scale of our business and quality of our goods is the names of our partners like DESMA among injection machines manufacturer, BASF for chemical, CORDURA and SIRETESSILE for comfortable lining, TUV Rhineland for testing. We are also proud to be partners of well-known German GORE-TEX membrane-producer since 2015, particularly in production NATO standard military boots for Ukrainian army.

Materials

Leather

Leather makes up around 70% of a shoe and is the most important material used. Therefore, we use only first-class natural leather from Ukraine.

The highest quality is possible only if animals are kept in proper conditions. That is why we thoughtfully select our leather providers and always check the quality of each supply. This approach contributes to thickness over 2.2 mm.

Textile

Your health and comfort are the highest priority for us. TALAN uses only high-tech materials from leading international manufacturers.

Mesh – Vela Technologies

Utmost breathability due to revolutionary air tunnel lining.

3D air-lining is based on polyamide belongs to a variety of very appreciated yarns. These yarns are very well-known in the underwear sector of their softness, their transpiring characteristic and their capacity to absorb sweat.

Apart from being soft and bright, 3D air-lining presents a high resistance to abrasion and it is advised for classical, sportive and security shoes and also for women boots.

Its pleasant and elegant look, together with its soft touching hand, makes the footwear really prestigious.

Cordura – high abrasion resistance

Cordura is a fabric material made of polyamide. In the production of Cordura, cut polyamide fibers are again spun and then woven. This gives the fabric particularly high ultimate tensile strength. What is more, Cordura is light and very breathable.

Insole – Vildona

It is made of special non woven textile blend polyester/viscose. It has great heat isolating attributes, excellent absorbing and desorbing characteristics.

Kevlar midsole – Biagoli
